As an Attorney you have certain needs to make your case stronger either in a Civil or Criminal proceeding. We will help you in:

Locating Witnesses: You already have a large variety of internet based search tools and paid information services available to try and find someone yourself. Unfortunately, even these tools have their limitations and finding a witness may not be the most effective use of your time. At CSI, we have the tools, knowledge and professional training.

Interviewing and taking Statements: When you need someone located, often times we find them in a new place, new town or even in a new state. What they know may or may not help. At CSI our investigators who take statements and conduct interviews. We also use a Layered Voice Analysis (LVA) sytem to help in determining if someone is telling the truth, there are only a handful of PI's in the country who have access to the LVA.

Asset Searches: Successfully obtaining a judgment for your client is wonderful. Knowing that there are assets available to collect on that judgment is not guaranteed. That’s where we come in. Either pre or post judgment, we assist attorneys and their clients in determining if their opposition has assets to collect upon, if they are already encumbered or where they are trying to hide them.

Computer Forensics: With more and more evidence residing on computers, CSI has access to one of the best computer forensics teams in the country. We provide our client’s with documents, email message, files and more derived from a computer that were thought to be deleted years ago. When you need computer evidence obtained, CSI is the solution.

Background Checks: Having all the facts can make or break your pleadings, deposition or even your case. Our private investigators will dig deep to find out a persons real background. When you need the truth, CSI can find it

Surveillance: Nothing does a better job of demonstrating the truth than video. When your case involves an individual engaged in some behavior they deny doing or are prohibited from doing, we get it on film for you. The jurors and the Judge will be excited to catch someone in a lie, because we wll know Vidoe does not lie. From insurance fraud to violations of non-compete agreements, we can cover it.

Divorce: We will help you win that case for your client. Whether it is Alimony you are after or proof of Infidelity we can help. Our investigators are highly trained in surveillance and proper tailing techniques.

Surveillance of Insurance Fraud Suspects: We will help you on cracking down on fraudulent cases anywhere in th US. Our investigators will perform surveillance on the subject and tail the subject to determine if activites are being performed that the subject claims he/she cannot perform. All reports and Video footage will be transferred to you for futher proceedings.
